This Privacy Policy explains how RevChat, a Rev Platform product, handles personal information when you use our website and the RevChat chat widget. We are committed to processing data transparently and only as needed to provide the service.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, and the contents of chat conversations. When the widget is embedded on a customer site, we may process visitor information including pages viewed, IP-derived company data, and identifiers used to recognize returning contacts.

When connected to HubSpot, we sync contact, deal, owner, lifecycle stage, and list data to personalize and route conversations.

We use information to operate the chat experience, route conversations to the right owner, personalize messages, book meetings, and write activity back to your CRM. We also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve the product.

We share data with subprocessors that help us deliver the service (for example, hosting and analytics providers) and with the integrations you connect, such as HubSpot. We do not sell personal data.
