Agreement to terms
By accessing or using RevChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the service
You agree to use RevChat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of conversations conducted through the widget and for obtaining any consents required to process visitor data.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on an account basis combining a plan tier, a baseline of included seats, and usage based on monthly conversations, charged monthly or annually. New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use RevChat to send spam, harass individuals, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
